00:00We go now to Ecuador as the National Electoral Council informed that the processing of the

00:05electoral records has concluded in the 24 provinces. Almost 12 hours after the president

00:11of the citizen revolution, Risa Gonzalez denounced serious electoral crimes committed during the

00:17campaign and throughout the electoral process. The highest body informed that it only remains

00:22to process the tally sheets with news of the three constituencies abroad where, for example,

00:29citizens residing in Venezuela did not vote due to a last-minute decision of the CNE.

00:35It is important to highlight that observers of the electoral missions of the Organization of

00:40American States and the European Union also pointed out very serious faults during the campaign

00:46and also during the voting day.
