01:10filming themselves crying oh that's not the first thing you think to do when you're the crying

01:16reaction yeah no i don't do that yeah i'd rather i'd like to keep that kind of person yeah like and

01:25the kid cry yep yep there was i just watched one of somebody crying they and i was like oh god here

02:34illness chemical imbalance is not linear and it's almost like flowing roller coaster of obstacles

02:43know struggling with with uh depression depression is is a real thing it's terrible but she and you've

02:50got conflicting things here social media is not real she writes anyone struggling listen you can find

02:55support on social media but you can also find exactly what is pushing you down and pushing your

03:01buttons it is a construct and and we've said before initially when it had a much more uh benevolent

03:08um at least to me it felt that way in the early hey oh you're on this too hey and uh there is a

03:15very very destructive part of social media now if you're going to be on it know the difference

03:21and don't let the heavy stuff bring you down man uh she wrote anyways uh not sure why but it feels
