01:31And that is the power of big money in the Democratic Party.

01:39So I believe, I believe honestly that I speak for conservatives, moderates, and progressives,

01:46for the overwhelming majority of the American people who understand that there is something

01:52fundamentally wrong in our campaign finance system when billionaires can buy elections.
