00:11going forward no i think they've ran their course uh it's similar to both of them yeah it's similar

00:16to what we had with danny age um several years back where it was like all right he brought us

00:23a championship but it would been a long time and it's like you know where are we going here where

00:30are we going here and then you you infuse some new blood and brad stevens and turn some things around

00:35and i would say that's probably the same thing here with um with you know i would say more

00:41sweeney than nearly right because i wonder how much you know influence or not influence but how

00:49much say does nearly have or is he just there well i mean he has the ultimate say he probably

00:54has more say has had more say than charlie jacobs i would i would guess maybe say is the wrong word

01:00but do you think he's like day-to-day like oh let's get this guy let's get that guy let's move this guy

01:04out or is that mainly sweeney cams okay i think if he's a good manager he probably allows don sweeney to

01:11to do those things i would i would assume right so i think nail he's probably not as invested in the

01:18day-to-day bringing guys in who they should trade where i think that's more of the sweeney thing i

01:23let i think nearly lets him do his thing so maybe sweeney's probably more of the guy on the hook and

01:28then nearly has to just find a new uh gm and a new head coach yeah um i don't know shyme where do you

01:35stand on on these two running continuing to pilot the ship i think don sweeney deserves a little bit

01:43more time i'm kind of i don't think cam neely is nearly as impactful as many others do i think

01:50don sweeney makes a lot of the calls uh and i i mean this team has been good for basically every

01:56year for entire the entirety of sweeney's career here and like yes they've failed at times but he

02:04has put together really good rosters for a decade now and and i think he deserves to continue to do

02:10that and a lot of the times it is it falls on the coaching and the players crumbling in big spots
