00:30Is that Jeff Bezos out there right by the capsule? Kind of hard to see.

00:32That is correct. That is Jeff Bezos, our founder on the left, as well as Sarah Knights, our crew member, 7.

00:43And I just want to thank our viewers for joining us.

00:47NS-31, New Shepard's 31st mission to space, our 11th human spaceflight from all parts of this flight.

00:56For the booster, for the capsule, for our astronauts, a completely successful flight.

01:02One of the smoothest flights we've had so far.

01:06And we're now just awaiting the opening of the hatch so we can get some views from our six new astronauts.

01:14And I would imagine Lauren Sanchez in seat one will be coming out first?

01:28That is correct. They'll go, she's in seat one, which is next to the left, the left window there.

01:35She will go first.

01:38And then last in number six is Carrie Ann.

01:42That is the window on the right.

01:45Side, Canyon.

01:46You see those vans arriving. Those are friends and family.

02:01And that's Carrie Ann looking out the window, in the window to the right, right there.

02:08Lauren Sanchez on the left.

02:09And you really get a sense for just how big these windows are.

02:12I mean, when you're inside this capsule, it's almost as though you're getting a full 360 panoramic view.

02:18One of the cool features of this capsule, the largest windows of any spacecraft.

02:23So this, the over a third of the surface area of this craft is windows.

02:29And that's on purpose.

02:31There were many meetings with our founder, Jack Bezos, where our engineers brought him some windows.

02:36He said, nope, make them bigger.

02:37They come back, nope, that's nice, but make them bigger.

02:40And what you get here, why is that so important?

02:44So many of our astronauts have said, when I got out of my seat, I looked outside my window,

02:48and I turned around, and I looked at the other five windows,

02:51and my brain created a panoramic view, a panoramic photo of it,

02:59because so much of the capsule hatch is windows.

03:05And it makes for just an incredible experience.
