00:20So what kind of victim are you creating? And why? Poor fellow spare him or her?

00:25In a relationship, give your best to the other, not your crap.

00:29And we all have a lot of crap. Let's admit that.

00:33Let's admit that and let's save the partner from that crap.

00:38Before you share, ask yourself, is it even worthy of being shared?
