00:24I mean, this is a Rule 5 guy, and granted, he was the first pick in the Rule 5.

00:28I'm not sure what Milwaukee was thinking about, but I will tell you that this stuff is legitimate top-of-the-rotation stuff.

01:01The faster you can rotate the shoulder, the higher the velocity.

01:05But movement comes from the wrist and the forearm.

01:09You put that little extra pop at the end, and you'll get movement on the ball.

01:14And movement is what fools hitters.

01:16Velocity doesn't fool hitters.

01:18Hitters have eyes like computers.

01:19They know exactly what velocity you're throwing, and if it doesn't move, they're going to tattoo it.
