Tigresses clip Eagles to boost Final 4 bid  The UST Golden Tigresses clip the Ateneo Blue Eagles, 25-15, 26-24, 26-24, at the Smart Araneta Coliseum on April 5, 2025 to bolster their Final Four bid in the UAAP Season 87 women’s volleyball tournament. Angge Poyos smashed 16 points on top of four digs to lead UST, which claimed its second straight win to rise to solo third with a 7-3 win-loss card. AC Miner banged 13 points on top of five digs for the Blue Eagles, whose Final Four bid took a huge hit as they dropped to 4-7 in sixth place.
