Argentina: Govt. Set new energy and gas tariffs in Buenos Aires metropolitan area

The Argentinian ministry of economy, Luis Caputo, announced new increases in energy tariffs for the metropolitan area of Buenos Aires, for the companies Edenor, EDESUR and the gas distributors. The official bulletin of the national electricity regulator and the secretary of energy shows that electricity rates will increase by 1.7% in the metropolitan area and gas rates will increase by 1.8% as from April 30, 2025.
