00:00I have to tell you I'm concerned about my Grizzlies because you know they're in a really

00:07dicey spot right about now in that five with two teams hovering a game back that are about

00:15to pounce on their ass and I can just the way they've been playing it smells to me like

00:21they'll be lucky I think they'll play in game at worst but I don't I think they'd be real

00:26lucky if they hold on to the five or six because I think it's slipping through their fingers

00:30am I tripping no you're not they got to be better defensively and tonight's not an easy

00:35challenge they give up a lot of open threes and if Steph Curry gets open threes it's gonna

00:41be a long night on the defensive end so hopefully they can find that cohesion that they've had

00:45at times but you know they've done the right things when good teams do beat the bad teams

00:50but they have not been as competitive against the higher end teams as people would like

00:55by any stretch of the imagination so they got to go later in the week to the Kaseya

01:01which is nice for you you don't think I'm looking forward to that flight tomorrow brother

01:07you know I am I know you are but then that's a tough game in Detroit I think that team

01:14is is legit I think they'll lose in the playoffs but I think they've had a hell of a turnaround

01:21and then you go to the spectrum in Charlotte which I think you guys can handle we were

01:26talking about it earlier what do you think if that team got their hands on Cooper flag

01:31what would happen to that franchise in Charlotte because they're in one of those three spots

01:36with the most ping pong balls you got these three road games none of them are gonna be

01:40easy I think Charlotte might be the one that you can get done for sure you got to get at

01:45least one if not two and you're right Detroit's had a massive turnaround I'm a big fan of

01:50JB Bickerstaff he was here with us for a while love the guy super happy for him just

01:55go ahead and look at that last three games for the Grizzlies there my friend because

01:59it's an it's an 830 tip at home against Minnesota just a quick little puddle jump over to Denver

02:06which if you've been to the airport it's not near downtown so you know 4 a.m. arrival and

02:11Denver's not playing Thursday night so the Grizzlies catch them second night of a back-to-back

02:15long night of travel Denver's rested then you got to turn around and come back home

02:19Saturday and have an afternoon game with Dallas who may be fighting for that playing

02:22spot so when the schedule came out I said if you're not locked into something by those

02:26last three games you know bless your hearts boys but you're gonna have to fight and it's

02:30gonna be tough so I think there's a lot of pressure on tonight I think there's a lot

02:34of pressure on the Miami game you let it all roll against Detroit and go compete and see

02:38what happens they're good at home you got to beat Charlotte because they don't have

02:41lamella ball they're out of the playoff picture and then you better get one of the ones against

02:45Denver or Minnesota if you want to hang on to a top six spot in my opinion now if they

02:50don't is at the end of the world no but there's gonna be a lot of questions you still have

02:54two chances to get into a playoff series but you know worst case scenario you lose the

02:597-8 game if you're in the play and you win the the next game and oh yeah you get to draw

03:04Oklahoma City who is beaten so it's a tough road no doubt so when I just want to ask you

03:12like when Bain and and he got into it and then when it was over and it had blown over

03:19what was the fallout in the room and moving forward because this other dude is like listen

03:27bro you know mind your own business you know and I saw the whole thing play out I was watching

03:33what has happened since then and then jobs like I'm hearing that he's like I'm not listening

03:38to this guy with his crappy offense are there are they all like splintering the teammates

03:45are they splintering or can they save it and ball and just quit being peas I mean honestly

03:52at some point you're like bro stop being a pea let's go ball I think they can do that

03:57they've done it before I think it had to happen you've been on teams where you have guys getting

04:02each other's face you're holding each other accountable I didn't have a problem with it

04:05I saw the two of them the next day in the weight room together at the team hotel didn't appear to

04:09be a problem I wasn't worried they were gonna pick up a 10-pound dark dumbbell and he would

04:14have hit me with a dumbbell in the hotel 10 pounder
