00:01Everyone else thought he did it.

00:03I brought up the caviar over and over, but nothing.

00:08or else it would have been a hung jury.

00:10Not at first.

00:11I said no.

00:12I tried to talk, but Dale, the foreman,

00:15he told me I was wasting everyone's time.

00:18He said I was just dragging this out

00:20so I can get a free lunch from the government.

00:22Jeez.

00:23And he kept on screaming at me,

00:24and everyone else agreed with him.

00:26He took away my chair, so I had to stand,

00:29and I just, I gave.

00:31And Gene was found guilty.

00:34And I have regretted it every day since.

00:37Then why did you wait so long to come forward?

00:41Sorry.
