00:40Which were taken out of context.

00:42Even so, the potential for harm doesn't even come

00:45close to justifying censorship.

00:51Judge, you have to look at these photos like a mugshot,

00:57maybe for something minor, maybe even something

01:00you didn't do.

01:02But that doesn't matter, because that one moment captured

01:05on camera screams criminal to every job interviewer

01:09for the next 40 years.

01:11A photo like that isn't just speech,

01:13it's a scarlet letter branding you undesirable, untrustworthy,

01:19and unemployable for the rest of your life.
