00:00Needless to say, Gilbert, I think from a watching perspective, it's good.

00:05We're going to get a lot of good teams in the championship.

00:07From a bracket perspective, because I think most people participate in that,

00:11they're going to have to wait right down to the last game.

00:14But, you know, there's a soft spot for me for all of these Cinderella stories.

00:18We just didn't get a ton of them this year.

00:20Right, you know, I don't know if it's just a one year thing

00:23where we won't see any Cinderellas,

00:24but the lack of upsets in this tournament

00:27certainly took away from some of the madness

00:29that we're used to seeing in March.

00:31But you said it, having all four number one seeds

00:34who were clearly far and away better than the rest of the field

00:37ensures some high quality basketball in the final four.

00:40So even though there's no upsets,

00:42I think it'll be exciting to see these teams get after it in the final four.

00:45Oh, yeah.

00:45I mean, in the end, we're getting the big name schools,

00:48very specifically the Duke Blue Devils,

00:50who either you love or you hate.

00:51There's really no in between.

00:53I mean, they dismantled Alabama, 85 to 65.

00:56This game was not close, Gilbert.

00:58And, you know, I'm stunned that the Crimson Tide only had 65 points.

01:02It was like their worst offensive performance.

01:05So I guess this is the way that I'll start with you.

01:07Do you think it was Duke's defense

01:09that ended up setting the tone here?

01:11And was that the reason why Alabama didn't score?

01:13Or simply put, was it just the wrong night to have

01:16an off night for the Crimson Tide?

01:18I got to give Duke's defense a lot of credit.

01:20And I think that's what makes this Duke team so special.

01:24They defend really well, and then offensively,

01:26they're really difficult to guard.

01:27And what happened was, you know, Duke was scoring so efficiently.

01:31Alabama was trying to keep up,

01:32and Duke was making it difficult for them.

01:34And that's kind of been the theme all year for this Duke team.

01:37They can beat you by outscoring you a lot,

01:39as they did in that Arizona game,

01:41when the final score is 100 to 93.

01:43But they can also limit your offense.

01:44And Alabama is a very potent offense,

01:46limited to 65 points.

01:48Duke with a 20-point win over Alabama.

01:50I expected Duke to win,

01:51but I didn't expect them to run away that way.

01:53So I think there's a way to go out there and beat Duke,

01:56but it's not outscoring them and attract me in Alabama.

01:58Tried to do that, and they couldn't do it.
