00:22newsroom, and she has filed a lawsuit for sexual assault against Andrew Tate. This is now at least

00:31the third time he's been accused of something like this in a lawsuit. He has not been convicted of

00:37anything like that, but he's been accused in lawsuits before, and now Brie Stern has filed hers.

00:42Yeah, the lawsuit was just filed. It was filed by Tony Busby, a name you might remember as the

00:46guy who filed all the Diddy lawsuits. It's pretty intense. She lays out much more of the context.

00:51She's really focusing on this incident that she says occurred on March 11th, which we've heard

00:55about and written about in our previous stories, but now she's laying the context of their

00:59relationship and really says that he's very charming to begin with, sort of love-bombed her,

01:05made her trust her, and then got increasingly, increasingly aggressive over the course of their

01:09relationship leading up to this incident she says occurred at that hotel room when they had

01:15violent sexual intercourse. The next day, he said something like, you're my property. She gathered

01:20her belongings and left and knew that wasn't the life that she wanted to lead anymore. Now,

01:24she says she's quite frightened, wants a restraining order, and is also suing him for

01:28damages. And remember, he is denying this. Yes, absolutely.
