Cardi B is being sued for a case she was legally cleared of -- a point her attorney is reiterating as he slams the lawsuit!!!

00:00In 2023, Cardi B was performing in Las Vegas. It was a really hot day.

00:05And she actually asked people if they have any ice or water or whatever, she could use it.

00:12So a woman, I'm going to show you this in a minute, she threw, well, Tawana, let me show them.

00:30Oh, so, okay. So what happens is Cardi hurls the microphone at the woman who threw the water.

00:37Now, she did say, throw me some ice or water. So the woman kind of did what Cardi had asked.

00:44Cardi was pissed off. The woman files a police report. The police decide not to prosecute,

00:49you know, even though clearly Cardi was in the wrong there. I mean, she should not.

00:53That's not an appropriate response, even if the woman would have thrown water at her, which she did.

00:59And even if Cardi didn't ask for it, it's still an inappropriate use of force to throw a microphone the way she did at her.

01:06So now, two years later, the woman files a lawsuit.

01:19So the woman is saying, like, seeing all that press, you know, is giving her emotional distress.
