00:00Till date, we have recycled more than 300 million cigarette buds.
00:17We found that there is no specific guidelines or a specific system to recycle the cigarette
00:29buds, soft toys, cushions, mattresses and various other products.
00:59It is separated manually using thread cutters or scissors.
01:14After separation of these three parts, the paper, polymer and the tobacco, paper that
01:20is received by us is first converted into a pulp form.
01:26And after creating pulp, we add an organic binder to it.
01:37Polymer that we receive is first shredded by a shredding machine.
01:41After shredding, it goes through a 24-hour biodegradable chemical recycling process.
01:57The leftover tobacco that we receive is used in making organic compost, which is fit to
02:04use in nurseries.
02:18From the beginning until date, we have been facing a lot of setbacks and criticism, but
02:24because we dared to provide an end-to-end solution to the problem of cigarette buds.
