00:06for the construction of the Madani Mosque was done in an organized manner, with compromises

00:13He said he had personally instructed his cabinet to negotiate an amicable solution.

00:17From the beginning, I said firmly, yes, it's a petition, yes, but it's not in line with

00:26our decision that the mosque must be built here.

00:34This country must be established as a safe country, only a safe country where safety

00:39is guaranteed.

00:42Anwar added that reaching a win-win solution was not a sign of weakness, as claimed by

00:46some quarters since a peaceful resolution was part of the Madani principles.

00:51Previously they planned to relocate the Dewi Sipatrakaliaman temple to make way for the

00:55mosque had sparked public backlash, including from lawyers.
