00:00Aside from training the firefighters, the Bureau of Fire Protection also targets the creation of their own fire station.

00:06The LGUs in Ilocos Norte, Rani Dorilag of Radyo Pilipinas Lawag in Banitang Pambansa.

00:15The arrival of ambulances, fire trucks, and firefighters here in San Iglas, Ilocos Norte is followed.

00:21But it does not respond to fire or rescue operations, but only training through a fire olympics.

00:28Our disaster risk reduction management has four thematic areas.

00:35Our preparedness, prevention, the response, and rehabilitation.

00:40These are what we are doing, and we will test their training through the competition.

00:50Aside from strengthening their ability and readiness to respond to fire and calamities,

00:56the Bureau of Fire Protection will also strive to have their own fire stations, the 23 LGUs in the province.

01:04Some are just using LGUs, or there are BFP-owned, but not the typical fire stations

01:15where we can say that the firefighters on duty are comfortable.

01:22Meanwhile, the BFP Ilocos Norte also held an arts contest for the youth,

01:27with the aim of making their campaign more effective against the fire this Fire Prevention Month.
