00:00PNP blocked Senator Bato de la Rosa's allegation that his security escorts left Davao in the middle of the night.

00:09They left on January 13, pursuant to the Comelec Resolution,

00:15in accordance with the protocol when it comes to the availability of security details.

00:20So it's not true that the news is spreading that they left just now.

00:25In fact, it's impossible to forget what our esteemed Senator said.

00:32According to the PNP, the two security personnel of de la Rosa do not have an approved Certificate of Authority or Exemption in the Comelec.

00:40It was in Davao that they returned it.

00:42They were only given four exemptions that will last until June 11, 2025.

00:47According to the Comelec Resolution 11067,

00:51only two protective security personnel are the maximum security detail that the PNP should give during this election period.

00:59But it depends on the Comelec's assessment if it will be added.

01:03Senate President Jesus Gudero said,

01:05the Office of the Sergeant-at-Arms of the Senate is ready to provide additional protection to de la Rosa in case she needs it.
