00:00It's poverty, chronic hunger, in the middle of an earthquake.

00:05And sometimes it's hard to divide one aid from the other.

00:09World Center H&M will be here until we feel that the men and women of Louisiana are taken care of.

00:31I really feel good when I put aside my job of feeding celebrities.

00:37And me and many other chefs, we take care of, for example, feeding the hungry.

00:41Those people that don't know what they're going to be eating every day.

00:44Or making sure that our children tomorrow are going to be better fed at the schools.

00:49That's what I really fight hard for.

00:51Please, be strong.

00:53We can change the world through the power of food.

03:50Achieving the same things you are trying to achieve for your own.
