00:25Adjust the mask over your face, covering your mouth and chin, making sure there are no gaps,

00:45Do not touch the front of the mask while using it to avoid contamination.

01:07Take off the mask, remove the elastics from behind without touching the front, and keep

01:12it away from your face.

01:22Discard the mask immediately in a closed bin and clean your hands.
