"He's the racist." During the first presidential debate, Trump and Biden slammed each other's record on racial justice.

00:08And I'm not going to allow that to happen.

00:09Vice President Biden?

00:10Nobody's doing that.

00:12He's just he's a racist.

00:25This month, your administration directed federal agencies to end racial sensitivity training

00:33that addresses white privilege or critical race theory.

00:37Why did you decide to do that to end racial sensitivity training?

00:41And do you believe that there is systemic racism in this country, sir?

00:45I ended it because it's racist.

00:47I ended it because a lot of people were complaining that they were asked to do things that were

00:52absolutely insane, that it was a radical revolution that was taking place in our military,

01:00in our schools, all over the place.

01:02And you know it.

01:03And so does everybody else.

01:04And he would know.

01:05What is radical about racial sensitivity training?

01:08If you are a certain person, you had no status in life.

01:13It was sort of a reversal.

01:14And if you look at the people, we were paying people hundreds of thousands of dollars to

01:18teach very bad ideas and frankly, very sick ideas.

01:22And really, they were teaching people to hate our country.

01:26And I'm not going to do that.

01:27I'm not going to allow that to happen.

01:29We have to go back to the core values of this country.

01:33They were teaching people that our country is a horrible place.

01:43Nobody's doing that.

01:44He's just he's a racist.

01:51The fact is that there is racial insensitivity.

01:54People have to be made aware of what other people feel like, what what insults them,

02:01what is demeaning to them.

02:03It's important to people know they don't want to.

02:05Many people don't want to hurt other people's feelings.

02:07But it's it makes a big difference.

02:10It makes a gigantic difference in the way a child is able to grow up and have a sense

02:14of self-esteem.

02:15It's a little bit like how this guy and his friends look down on so many people.

02:20They look down their nose on people like Irish Catholics like me and grew up in Scranton.

02:25They look down on people who don't have money.

02:27They look down on people who are of a different faith.

02:30They look down on people who are a different color.

02:33In fact, we're all Americans.

02:34The only way we're going to bring this country together is bring everybody together.

02:38There's nothing we cannot do if we do it together.

02:41We can take this on and we can defeat racism in America.
