00:00Individuals like Rosa Parks and Martin Luther King Jr. inspired me to get in the way, to get in trouble, what I call good trouble.

00:18We have come too far together to ever turn back. We must stand up, speak up and speak out.

00:30We are tired. We are tired of being beaten by policemen. We are tired of being beaten

01:00We are tired of seeing our people locked up in jail over and over again. And then you holler, be patient. How long can we be patient?

01:07We want our freedom and we want it now.

01:20We are one people. We are one family. We all live in the same house. Not just the American house, but the world house.

01:30Health care is a right. It is not a privilege reserved for a wealthy few.

01:43We are sick and tired of seeing little children, seeing little babies taken from their mothers.

01:51That's not right. That's not fair. And history will not be kind to us.

01:59We were elected to lead, Mr. Speaker. We must be head likes and not tail likes.

02:06We cannot continue to stick our heads in the sand and ignore the reality of mass gun violence in our nation.

02:14Time and again he faced down death so that all of us could share equally in the joys of life.

02:21That's why all these years later he is known as the conscience of the United States Congress.
