00:00Texas has set up a website called ProLifeWhistleblower.com so you can snitch on women.
00:04Become an abortion bounty hunter.
00:06Wouldn't it be so awful if we sent in a bunch of fake tips and crashed the site?
00:10I just sent them a bunch of Shrek porn.
00:21You can anonymously report that at ProLifeWhistleblower.com.
00:26Let's burn this place to the ground.
00:30What they've done in Texas is really cynical and really sneaky.
00:52And the purpose of this lot is to confuse the fuck out of people and to discourage folks
00:58who can get pregnant in Texas from even seeking out an abortion because of fear that someone
01:07they love or someone who helped them will get sued civilly under this law.
01:20Another unique feature of the Texas Heartbeat Act is that aiding and abetting such an abortion
01:25is now illegal.
01:28You can't sue the person getting an abortion because that would obviously be a violation of your right to an abortion.
01:38But you can sue the friend that drove them there.
01:42You can sue the Uber driver.
01:44You can sue the provider.
01:46You can sue the receptionist at the provider's office.
01:50You can sue, like, you know, the friend that helped fund it.
01:58They don't have money for child care, health care, education, prenatal care, anything.
02:16But they want to dole out cash for abortion bounties?
02:19Fuck these guys.
02:21It would be a shame if the site couldn't handle the new flood in traffic and it just crashed entirely.

02:29I just put it up on Instagram and I was like, yo, let's just flood this with a zillion fake claims.
02:38And it was cool because I'm not, like, a tech savvy person at all, but I have friends that are.
02:43And so, like, as the day progressed, I had friends who were like, OK, we'll make sure
02:49that, you know, the false tips are, like, somewhat credible because otherwise I guess
02:55the computer system can, like, weed them out.
02:58You've got to get creative.
03:00You've got to think outside the box.
03:02Any legal remedies are going to take a really long time.
03:06You know, potentially years.
03:09Let's blow it up, bitches.
03:32These sorts of laws, as we know, always affect poor people, always affect black and brown people,
03:39always affect marginalized trans, you know, LGBTQ people way more than someone like me.
03:45I will always be able to go get an abortion.
03:46My kids will always be able to go get an abortion because we're privileged.
03:51We're white.
03:52If I'm in Texas right now, I can easily go to another state and get an abortion.
03:57I can afford the plane flight.
03:58I can afford the child care.
04:00I can take days off work.
04:01I can afford the hotel.
04:03But start adding that stuff up.
04:05You know, that's thousands of dollars.
04:09Roe is dead in Texas.
04:15Roe has always been the floor.
04:17It's never been the ceiling.
04:18It's like the minimal amount of protection.
04:21And again, the anti-choice folks have been very smart over all these years at chipping
04:26away at Roe without overturning Roe.
04:28I think everyone's waiting for the headline.
04:29Roe has been overturned.
04:31Like, we don't need that headline.
04:33That is happening.
04:34So, you know, they're very good at trying to sneak this past you.
04:39And then you wake up one morning and you're like, oh, my God, I'm pregnant.
04:43And suddenly you have no options.
04:54I do think now is the moment for mass protests.
04:57And so, you know, we are working on a march on October 2nd, a nationwide, hopefully global
05:04march.
05:04That is two days before the Supreme Court goes back in session.
05:07So it's very strategic.
05:09The rule is you listen to folks on the ground.
05:12If you're new to this, just come in and listen.
05:15Just show up.
05:15Put your body at a protest.
