00:16March 24, Chennai, YouTuber Savakku Shankar's house is vandalized, a mob shows up dressed

00:21as sanitation workers, they ransack the house, they pour sewage mixed with human excreta

00:26all around, they abuse his mother, smash up everything.

00:30When I visited my home, I entered and saw my mom was completely shattered and they have

00:36thrown faecal material and sewage material in the entire house, in the dining table,

00:43in the bed, in the kitchen, in the vessel.

00:45Savakku Shankar has been a known critic, extreme critic of the DMK government and also in fact

00:50he was arrested not once but twice under goonda attack and he was like you know multiple charges

00:56Why?

00:57Because Savakku questioned a scheme launched by Chief Minister M.K Stalin.

01:00He said powerful people were handing sewer cleaning vehicles to their proxies, who got

01:04paid without doing any work.

01:06Savakku says only the police knew his address.

01:09He's accused the Chennai Police Commissioner and a Congress MLA of orchestrating the attack.

01:14The case has now been handed over to CBCID, Savakku has shut down his YouTube channel.

01:20Meanwhile in Mumbai, Kunal Kamra cracks a joke, calls Maharashtra Deputy CM Eknath Chinde

01:24a gaddar, a traitor and all hell breaks loose.

01:29Shiv Sena workers trash Habitat studio where Kamra performed.

01:32The BMC shows up, demolishes part of the venue.

01:35Kamra gets an FIR and now they're probing his phone records.
