00:25identified as Amoy Liu, Fernan Amoy, and Jogde Asim. These names, according to Ortega, further

00:33fuel allegations of fund mismanagement. Earlier questions were also raised about receipts linked

00:39to the OVP, particularly names such as Mary Grace Piatos, which reportedly do not appear

00:45in the Philippine Statistics Authority's records.
