00:20He even jokingly referred to the latest batch as Team Amoy-Asim, which includes

00:26individuals identified as Amoy Liu, Fernan Amoy, and Jugby Asim. These names, according to Ortega,

00:34further fuel allegations of fund mismanagement. Earlier, questions were also raised about

00:41receipts linked to the OVP, particularly names such as Mary Grace Piatos, which reportedly

00:48do not appear in the Philippine Statistics Authority's records.
