00:00President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. responded to the threat posed against him, his wife,

00:04and his cousin, the House Speaker, by the vice president over the weekend.

00:09The chief executive underscored such remarks from the second highest official of the land

00:13as unsettling, as if he who is president can be threatened that easily.

00:17How much more for an ordinary citizen?

00:20That's why these actions should not be taken lightly.

00:22Furthermore, the president said the situation shouldn't have even escalated to this charade
