A study will determine whether an alarm system is needed to prepare communities for extreme events like the recent severe storm in Sekinchan, Selangor, says Nik Nazmi Nik Ahmad.
The Natural Resources and Environmental Sustainability Minister said the feasibility of the system would be assessed.
