00:11terrorist groups, ensuring peace and stability within our borders.

00:19As threat evolves, so must we.

00:24Our focus now is on territorial defense, protecting our lands, coastline, and sovereignty.

00:33This shift aligns with a comprehensive archipelagic defense concept, ensuring that our Army works

00:43seamlessly with the Navy and Air Force to defend our vast national territory.

00:51Our role is clear, to safeguard the land domain while supporting coastal and littoral operations.

01:02To meet this challenge, we have reconfigured our forces in ways that make us more agile

01:09and effective.

01:11The creation of Combat Engineer Regiment ensures protection of key strategic locations, fortifying

01:19our bases, and securing mobility corridors.

01:25Our Reserve Forces have been reinvigorated by redefining their roles in internal and

01:34external security operations, with emphasis on the new functions of the Community Defense

01:40Centers and Regional Community Defense Groups.

01:47Recognizing the need for accuracy and real-time battlefield awareness, we have upgraded our

01:54recognizance capabilities, ensuring our troops are always prepared to respond with precision

02:02and efficiency.

02:05Our Infantry Battalions have been restructured, making them lighter, more mobile, and more

02:13strategically positioned to defend the nation's interests.

02:21Readiness is key.

02:23To test our ability to move and sustain forces across the country, we conducted Exercise

02:29Katihan, a large-scale mobilization strengthening our ability to deploy troops rapidly in times

02:39of crisis.

02:41This exercise allowed us to refine our logistical capabilities and reinforce our preparedness.

02:52One of the most significant achievements of this exercise was the mobilization of units

02:57in Visayas and Mindanao, demonstrating our robust command and control capability across

03:05the nation.
