00:00In the meantime, President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. led the inspection of Subsection 3 of the Cavite-Laguna Expressway, or CALEX.

00:07The Chief Executive conducted a walkthrough of the Governor's Drive Interchange in General Tria City, Cavite, together with other officials.

00:15The 8.64-kilometer segment will connect the Silang Interchange to the Governor's Drive Interchange and is expected to be completed in the third quarter of the year.

00:25This segment is part of the 44.57-kilometer CALEX project, which consists of eight subsections linking the Cavite Expressway, or Cavitex in Cavite, to the South Lozon Expressway, or Eslex in Binan Laguna.

00:40Once completed, the expressway will significantly reduce travel time between Cavitex and Eslex from two hours to just 35 minutes.
