00:22I adore Tynemouth for the surfing, it's a great surf community, i'm out here a few times

00:31a week for an early morning and just being by the sea, it's a really beautiful place.

00:37For those brave enough to get into the north sea there is a well established surfing community

00:42in Tynemouth with schools such as Tynemouth surfport and Lonsound surf school.

00:50I absolutely love Tynemouth, it's such a lovely place to live, lovely place to hang out, there's

00:55so much happening here, you've got beautiful beaches, you've got great places to eat, great

01:00places to drink, just around the corner, like up on the front street, you've got the tri-ree

01:05as well, north east street as well and more than anything you've just got amazing people.

01:11People here are so friendly and they're so welcoming, you can probably tell by my accent

01:14i'm not local, i moved up to the coast from london 10 years ago and everyone here is just

01:20making me feel so welcome, like i'm part of that community here in Tynemouth.

01:25Tynemouth briary and castle dates back to 2000 years and often hosts music events such

01:31as mouth of the tine festival.

01:33What i like about Tynemouth is the woods, the cafe, because i'm a walker and i'll often

01:38stop there and sit in the sunshine enjoying my coffee, it's a really nice place to go.
