02:12We've got local farmers that are bringing it back, it's so popular now and it's really good.

02:45Every time Leona, I say Leona, because you drop me off a couple of times,

02:50it's normally like a big bag with ham and pickles.

02:54Paula has made some carrot jam, some pickles.

02:59They're all huge the carrots.

03:02Well funny enough these are smaller carrots so our carrots are normally a lot bigger than that.

03:11Our processors all want huge carrots so we end up having to make as big of a carrot as we can

03:16but it tastes in the mouth so the bigger the taste the bigger the carrots get.

03:27I've got some of this with some local yoghurt.

03:36Yes, we've got a lovely farm that does yoghurt and some of the owners are out.

03:46We don't endanger each other with the broilers.
