00:00A live-in partner who was caught stealing from a vulcanizing shop in Quezon City was arrested.

00:15A motorcycle stopped outside a vulcanizing shop in this part of Congressional Avenue in Quezon City around 10 p.m.

00:22The male rider was talked to by the employee of the shop.

00:26After the motorcycle stopped, the rider got off.

00:29He was able to see that the employee was carrying money.

00:32The female rider was left behind in the motorcycle.

00:35In the corner of the CCTV, the man entered the shop and seemed to be looking for something.

00:41After a few seconds, he took the cellphone.

00:45The man returned to the motorcycle and they left the place.

00:49The employee of the shop told that he owns the cellphone.

00:53The man pretended to be a customer who said that he will exchange the motorcycle's wheels.

00:58The problem is that he doesn't have cash.

01:00The man was able to exchange the motorcycle for P1,000 in the nearby shop.

01:05I went there and asked how much he will pay.

01:09He told me that he will return.

01:12He said that he will look for another shop.

02:19The 27-year-old man-rider was arrested.

02:22His 29-year-old live-in partner admitted to the crime.

02:28We were just robbed, sir.

02:38From Novaliches, the suspects were turned over to Holy Spirit Police Station
