00:00A lot of people are looking at a couple of five seeds to be picked off

00:05clemson, michigan, oregon and memphis and drs as you look around this

00:22San diego out in the west region one of the hottest teams entering the big dance the champions of the mountain west tournament

00:29That would be colorado state. They are favored to beat memphis an upset based on seed line

00:36but not from the betting odds

00:38No, certainly not and we're sort of ingrained to always take a look at the 512s

00:42and there's some merit to it because

00:44So many times you look at those seed lines and sometimes the higher seed does give you a little bit of a convoluted like you

00:49Know what i'm comfortable

00:50Let me just take the higher seat and move on but I gotta tell you when you look at these two like

00:54Michigan is really good. This team just won the big 10 championship

00:58But uc san diego and again name recognition. Wait a second taking michigan to beat uc san diego

01:03Like what is that about? They are tremendous now

01:05Let's keep moving down the list oregon and liberty

01:08Maybe not a little name recognition for liberty at this point, right?

01:10Five-seat oregon probably should win but you switch down to the bottom of the bracket with the west and the midwest

01:15I'm, not so sure the 12s are going to compete and actually just stay within the number win these games like colorado

01:20I said, I think it's actually a better team than mentis

01:22Like why did they get a 5 out of 12 just the way the metrics work out?

01:25Nobody will be surprised if colorado state moves on then we get to mcneese

01:29A team that we thought might do a little bit better last year didn't maybe it's year number two

01:32We understand that we're not just that cinderella team walking in here with a lot of expectations

01:36We didn't meet them last year now. It's time to do it. But again, clemson is a really good team

01:41The focal point again that I put on is how do you handle these like the popular?

01:46Underdogs that everybody wants to bet we know that is using the death nail like oh popular dog

01:51Why don't you stay away from this one easy win the opposite direction like memphis?

01:55I feel is just being written right off the map

01:58I have in my early bracket is colorado state moving on because I do believe they're actually the better team

02:02But we've seen instances like well

02:04How big of a mistake did they make the 5 and the 12 right here between memphis and colorado state?

02:08And how come this one team is favored?

02:10That's the one matchup I look at and say buyer beware because I don't hear too many people saying

02:15Memphis is going to win that game let alone maybe make it to the sweet 16

02:19I want to take a look at that rightfully

02:21So it's well first five you're supposed to be favored if you're the five seat not the underdog

02:25That's the spotlight game for me. I want to see if the public is dead on on that game with colorado state
