Drake's trying to have his cake and eat it too ... according to his music label UMG, which says his whole lawsuit over "Not Like Us" is really just sour grapes because Kendrick Lamar buried him in their rap beef.

00:04is basically saying he's a punk.

00:06Well, he's suing them.

00:07Yeah.

00:08And so they filed a motion to dismiss this whole thing,

00:10and they're saying Drake knows the rules of rap battles,

00:14and he's only complaining about it now because he lost.

00:19They have the label on the record saying

00:21he lost the battle with Kendrick.

00:24And the doctors, they say Drake has been pleased

00:26to use Universal Music Group's platform

00:29to promote tracks leveling similarly incendiary attacks.
