00:00Yesterday, the judge's body, the judge's assembly, brought a resolution to ensure the process of freedom.

00:12I want to answer. This is the current prime minister and this government has been around for more than two years.

00:20Yesterday, two days ago, I talked to the head of state.

00:24I want to ask, which case did we involve? Which decision did I make and discuss with the judge?

00:54This is a major departure from the past.

01:25For us, do not underestimate this.

01:29Part of our failure is failure to communicate effectively.

01:33We have done this that no previous governments have done.

01:37That the prime minister and the government have not compromised on this principle of the independence of the judiciary

01:44and have not interfered in any case involving the judges.

01:50For me, this is important. We did not interfere.

01:53There are several other processes that we discussed.

01:57But we remember, this is what I want to say.

01:59One thing that is a bit controversial.

02:05This does not mean that the prime minister and the minister are all correct.

02:09Or that the head of state and the judges are all correct.

02:13There must be supervision.

02:16There must be a balance.

02:19There must be bodies.

02:21Is there a tax payment?

02:23Is there a prospensity for corruption?

02:25Because this has happened.

02:27This has happened extensively in the judiciary.

02:30So, if you ask me, every change must be made with enough caution.

02:35The important thing is that we start.

02:37What do we start?

02:39Do not interfere in the judiciary in making decisions.

02:45But, we want to make sure that what is appointed is reasonable enough.

02:51Free enough.

02:52And not confused with the importance of business and corruption.

02:58Let there be a commitment.

03:00First, freedom of the judiciary.

03:03But all other changes must be considered

03:07so that we do not bring corruption to the system.

03:12This is the understanding and spirit of our institution.
