Gregor Rioch has thanked former boss Shaun Maloney for all his hard work during the worst of times at the club.

00:04Of course, just leading into, Sean, he managed this football club in some of the most turbulent

00:10and difficult periods of this football club's history and we're forever grateful for what

00:14he did at the football club and he'll always be welcome back, as you well know.

00:20But moving forward with Ryan, I think we're just talking about the alignment going forwards

00:24and what our expectations are, how we work together, how we recruit together, how we

00:31develop young players, how we bring players through, how we work with our commercial department,

00:37how we work with our community.

00:39So when we talk about alignment, there's many, many things that fall into that off field.
