00:00There's a lot of non-negotiables you can use, but two big things for me is attitude and application is massive.

00:06Your attitude's got to be right towards everything you do.

00:10And that's whether it's you guys, people in the football club,

00:14showing appreciation of what they're about in terms of their attitudes.

00:18And then the application for me is, apply yourself properly.

00:21You're working for a football club, obviously you've got to use what they're about to get where you want to get to.

00:29And as I've said to loads of the staff, anyone with a badge on, you need to be appreciated.

00:33We're working together, so attitude and application for me are two big things.

00:37Listen, I'm sure the lads have got that.

00:40There'll be a few non-negotiables in terms of how we play and what I want and what I expect.

00:45But yeah, we'll drum them into the lads, I'll speak to them about that tomorrow.

00:50And then hopefully going forward we can all buy into it and be successful.
