00:09hard, with many traders saying that they will be laying off staff as a result. Last week

00:14the Government announced £100 million worth of funding to be spent on reinvigorating Welsh

00:19high streets, but no towns in the Swansea, Neath or Amman valleys were included on that

00:26list. Can the Secretary of State clarify the criteria that was used to select the successful

00:32towns and whether or not areas like Usta Levera can expect to benefit from future funding?

00:38Because that's one high street that's certainly worth investing in.
