00:05after the warrant of arrest that was issued to our President Rodrigo Duterte.

00:18Congressmen argued that the weak justice system of the Philippines is not a symbol

00:23of why the former President Rodrigo Duterte will be prosecuted in the International Criminal Court.

00:28That is why it became difficult for the victims to complain against the former President

00:34and his colleagues who abused their power

00:37because the culture of fear and corruption was left behind by Duterte's leaders

00:43in the agencies that should be visited by the Filipinos.

00:48Not only in the term of former President Duterte,

00:51many of our colleagues are very trustworthy and decent.

00:56But sometimes, you know, our common people, when they are arrested by the police,

01:00they are afraid to complain to the police

01:02because they know that this person might know them.

01:05So, the fear of the common people is always there.

01:09That is why it would be better if the person in charge of the investigation

01:14will be punished so that the grudges of Duterte's brother

01:17who is only involved in politics, can be stopped.

01:20Meanwhile, it is said that he is related to the children of innocent victims

01:25of the bloody Duterte drug war.

01:27Our witnesses are afraid.

01:30Many of them are afraid to speak.

01:33We will not blame them

01:34because they are also afraid for their safety,

01:38and especially for the safety of their families.

01:42because the former President is already there.

01:44Once the fear of speaking becomes stronger,
