President Trump denies any responsibility for the major drops in the stock market.

00:03You said it'll go up, it'll go down.

00:05But do you and your tariff policies right now bear any responsibility for the turmoil

00:09we're seeing this week?

00:10No, I think Biden gave us a horrible economy.

00:12He gave us horrible inflation.

00:15And I think the market was going to go very, very bad.

00:18If anything, I have a lot of very smart people, friends of mine and great businessmen.

00:23They're now investing because of what I'm doing.

00:26Because long term, what I'm doing is making our country strong again, financially strong,

00:31militarily strong and strong.

00:34We want to get away.

00:35Remember this.

00:36We have wars.

00:38When I left, we had no wars.

00:39We didn't have Ukraine and Russia.

00:41We didn't have October 7th.

00:43We didn't have that disaster that took place with the withdrawal from Afghanistan.

00:46And you look at what's happened there.

00:49We caught the major terrorists, which Biden would have put.

00:52Why didn't he catch him?

00:54I caught him five weeks into the presidency.

00:57I caught the man responsible for Abigail, and he's going to pay hell right now.

01:03He's a bad dude.

01:04He's a bad guy.

01:05But we didn't have these problems.

01:07I had no inflation.

01:08I had a great economy.

01:10He gave you high prices.

01:12You couldn't buy bacon.

01:13You couldn't buy anything.

01:14And also, I inherited a situation with eggs.

01:18The price of eggs was through the roof.

01:19Well, now the price of eggs has come down a lot.

01:23Gas rates have come down.

01:24Gasoline prices have come down.

01:27It's all coming down.

01:28It's all a beautiful thing.

01:30I can do it the right way or the wrong way.

01:32We're doing it the right way.

01:33And I have tremendous confidence in this country and the people of this country.

01:37Tremendous confidence.

01:38Much more so than if I sat back for four years and had a good time in the Oval Office.
