In his address to the National League of Cities’ Congressional City Conference in Washington, D.C., Vice President JD Vance dealt with an interruption by a heckler.

01:02check in on what's going on there at the southern border. And of course, like I said earlier,

01:07you often hear about immigration enforcement as about crime and about drug trafficking,
