He really thinks he's their dad. We talked to Alisha about how Duke was so sad when the chicks grew up and got adopted, and how their reunion went!

01:08The chicken might give it a hard kiss.

01:10But Duke knows if he moves,

01:12they might try to fly away.

01:14And so I think he remembered when they were babies,

01:22It was truly special that the grown chickens

01:24were still so calm around Duke.

01:26Duke just makes everyone feel so safe.

01:29We had to get a family portrait.

01:31Duke, in almost all the photos,

01:33is just looking at his chickens.

01:35Just got done visiting Duke's chickies.

01:37Now he's tired.

01:40He's pretty big, good.

01:42Duke has his stuffed chickies to nanny every night.

01:45He just takes it from downstairs,

01:47hops it upstairs, and brings it to bed.
