00:00As we've seen restrictions on chips and exports and sanctions from the U.S. to China,

00:08we've seen this splinter net develop of parallel universes expanding in technology in their own

00:17sphere, China having its own capabilities, the Western world having its own capabilities.

00:24So the more that there is pressure between these two superpowers of U.S. and China,

00:32the more pressure it puts on China to develop its own technology, and technology it is doing that

00:40in semiconductors, in AI, and other sectors as well. So it is causing this so-called splinter

00:50in technology.
