00:13began dancing at just 3 years old, training in ballet, jazz, and tap and eventually became the

00:18captain of her high school dance team. Fast forward to July 2024 and she was officially

00:22named a cheerleader for the Dallas Cowboys. As you can imagine, she was overjoyed when

00:26she learned she made the squad. Overflowing with joy and gratitude to announce that I am

00:30officially a Dallas Cowboys cheerleader, she shared on Instagram,

00:34This journey has truly been a testimony of faith and I am honored to be given such an opportunity.

00:39From dreaming of this moment since childhood to experiencing it now,

00:42it's a feeling like no other. Since the 2025 NFL season doesn't kick off until September,

00:47it will be a little while before fans see Sophia back in uniform. That said,

00:50the rookie cheerleader for the Cowboys turned heads this week in an all-brown gym outfit.

00:55Sophia gave fans a peek at her new workout gear on Instagram, which looks to be from a care

00:58package she received from Day One Fitness. Over the past few months, Brown has gained
