00:10Free tuition for state universities like WEBSU, scholarship for private universities,

00:17and free tuition for everyday expenses for our youth.

00:22The help for private universities and free tuition is what goes down.

00:26That's what slashes the budget.

00:28Even our SUCs continue to ask for a bigger budget, but they won't give it.

00:34At the moment, only a limited number of students can enter our schools.

00:38Our scholarships are limited.

00:40So if our private universities will increase, the scholarships should also increase,

00:46and the help that students can get.

00:49That's by need.

00:50If a student is in need, it's stated in the law that there should be help for you.
