00:31Len has completed her training and is just waiting for the requirements to start.

00:37It's really important to have training.

00:39You have to be aware of the products you're holding.

00:43When you're in front of a customer, you have to explain to them what your product is

00:49and how good it is and how they can be satisfied.

00:52The good news, according to the Philippine Statistics Authority,

00:56the number of Filipinos with jobs increased from 45.9 million last year

01:02to 48.49 million Filipinos with jobs last January 2025.

01:10According to Malacanang, under the leadership of President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr.,

01:16the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority, or TESDA,

01:21will provide skills to Filipinos to increase their employability or chances of finding a job.

01:28In 2024, 1,081,375 individuals received certification after training in TESDA.

01:39Other government agencies are also helping to increase the number

01:43of Filipinos with job opportunities, especially in the field of technology and international demand.

01:50Under the Information and Communications Technology Academy program of BICT,

01:55more than 90,000 employees received 943 training sessions.

02:02Because of this, Filipinos will have more job opportunities

02:07and a higher quality of life.

02:13More businessmen will invest to strengthen our economy.

02:22The addition of President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. to the CREATE MORE Act

02:29that provides incentives and guarantees to local and foreign leaders

02:34so that they can easily invest in the country,

02:37will surely result in more jobs for every Filipino and the development of our country.
