00:23harmony as actions that insult racial or religious sensitivities can threaten national peace.

00:29Aaron also said his ministry would continue to run its campaign to educate Malaysians

00:33on respecting other religions and cultures.

00:37His statement followed the controversy sparked by three ERA FM radio hosts who were panned

00:41over a video apparently mocking the Thai Pusim Kavadi ritual.

00:46Aaron also named several social media users, including independent preacher Zamri Vinod

00:51who was criticized yesterday by MIC Deputy President M Saravanan for insulting Hinduism.

00:58Zamri said in a Facebook post that Hindu worshippers performing the Kavadi ritual looked

01:02like they were possessed and drunk on Tadi.

01:06Saravanan said Zamri's comments were extremely disrespectful and deeply offensive to the

01:10Hindu community and urged Home Minister Saifuddin Nasution Ismail to issue an order for the

01:15preacher to be charged immediately.
