00:09You know, back in 2020, I was a presidential candidate, and according to all votes counting,

00:17I won elections, KGB forced me to leave the country.

00:24And they thought if the leader is in exile, so all the uprising, you know, resistance

00:30will stop.

00:31But it wasn't our case, because several months in a row, uprising demonstrations on the people

00:38of Belarus continued, just they demanded Lukashenko to leave.

00:42So for this almost five years already in exile, you know, Lukashenko's regime started trial

00:53against me.

00:54I was sentenced for 15 years in absentia.

00:57And of course, I can't return home because I will be immediately jailed.
